John attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received a degree in Management, graduating Cum Laude.  John received his Juris Doctor degree from Birmingham School of Law, graduating with Honors.  While at Birmingham School of Law, John was a member of Sigma Delta Kappa, a national legal and honorary fraternity.  John received his LL.M. in Advocacy from Stetson University, graduating with Honors.

He is admitted to practice before all Alabama State and Federal Courts.  John is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  Through his many successful and diverse work experiences and affiliations, John has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective representation to clients in a wide array of legal areas.  John has been extensively involved in condominium management both serving as property manager and as secretary and treasurer of a condominium board.  John is also an educator.  John is an associate adjunct professor in the Business School and Paralegal Program at Calhoun Community College.
